When are samples, order quantities and timing agreed?
These depend on the product and purchase requirements. State whether you need samples and give your target volume and schedule so the relevant terms can be confirmed.
What should I include when requesting documents?
Name the product, the document or standard required and the purpose of the request. A report needs to cover the relevant product and conditions; its title alone is not enough.
